1. fill out the google form to submit your self-tape,


2. follow us on Instagram, and


3. tag 3 actor friends on our SELF TAPE CONTEST Instagram post.

That's it!

1. You can submit any self-tape length. Create an awesome new self-tape or use a previously recorded. No sides will be given. **please see full contest rules submission guidelines**


2. The challenge is run by: Think Bigger Coaching.


3. 1 submission per actor


4. You must be 18 years or older to enter the challenge


5. Please note these Terms & Conditions may be subject to changes or updates at any time, and the contest may not provide notice of such changes or updates. Think Bigger Coaching will make every effort to notify entrants of Any changes to the competition as soon as possible through email and www.theselftapecontest.com home page.


6. Please read all of the CONTEST RULES BEFORE submitting your tape.


7. Please note that once you have submitted your tape, you are giving Think Bigger Coaching permission to post your content on social media.


8. You have the entire contest time to submit your tape. August 23rd - September 5th, 11:59pm PST 2021.
