Free Resource #1: The Actor's Mental Health Playbook Freebie: Creating a Resilient Pyramid, Video Lesson + Journal Exercise

So what is this FREEBIE all about? We’ll do a deeper dive on the concepts we explored in the Think Bigger Summit seminar:

    1. RELATIONSHIP: We are in a relationship with our acting careers, for better or worse.
    2. HEALTH: By relating to our acting careers in new and healthy ways, we can shift from emotionally surviving to thriving in the pursuit of our dreams.
    3. HOW: We need to build RESILIENT PYRAMIDS. This is one of the crucial first steps if we are going to flip the script on how we relate to our acting careers and pursue our dreams from a place of EMOTIONAL FREEDOM.

Free Resource #2: The Actor's Mental Health Playbook Freebie: Sending an Audition Video into the Void

So what is this FREEBIE all about? It contains a Mental Health Educational Video Guide for Processing, Releasing and Moving On with Your Day.

Today we’re going to talk about TENDER ACTOR MOMENTS and SENDING AUDITION TAPES INTO THE VOID. When you click “submit,” how do you feel? Do you feel great? Do you feel uncertain? As the days and weeks go on (and if you don’t hear anything), does it become harder to believe that you did a great job? Do you start to spin out and overanalyze your performance? Are you checking IMDB on manic repeat to see who booked the job or Actors Access to see if they re-released the role? Let’s talk about a few ways that we can take care of ourselves in these tender actor moments.
