Amanda Lenker Doyle, CSA is an accomplished Casting Director and Producer with more than two decades of experience in film and television production. Throughout her career, Amanda has received numerous accolades for her work, including twelve Artios Award nominations and one win from the Casting Society. Her work on short film Please Hold earned the project an Academy Award nomination in 2022, highlighting her expertise in nurturing emerging talent. Other notable projects include film festival darling Before We Forget (fka Duino) which she also produced, Hulu film We Broke Up, the Emmy-winning ABC series Black-ish, ABC’s The Muppets, Netflix’s Zac & Mia, the critically acclaimed Wayne for YouTube Premium, and most recently, Glen Powell’s Chad Powers for Hulu, David Michôd’s film Christy, Murdaugh: Death in the Family starring Jason Clarke and Patricia Arquette for Hulu, Scott Foley’s It’s Not Like That for Amazon and Cape Fear for Apple+ from Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese starring Javier Bardem and Amy Adams.
Amanda is a proud member of BAFTA, The Television Academy, Film Independent, and the Casting Society where she served seven years as an Executive Board member and Treasurer successfully producing CSA’s Artios Awards in Los Angeles, New York, and London during her tenure.
Tyrone is a Certified Canadian Counsellor based in Edmonton, Alberta. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and practices from a Gestalt-informed, holistic perspective that integrates awareness of the environment’s influence on mental health. Tyrone believes that healing happens through awareness — of self, others, and the systems we live within.
With experience working with men’s issues, identity, stress, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth, Tyrone focuses on helping clients reconnect to themselves and their world in a meaningful way. His approach combines compassion with direct, grounded insight, encouraging self-awareness and genuine change.
Outside of session, Tyrone is a husband and father of two young children, which shapes his belief in balance, connection, and authenticity in everyday life. He is also committed to advocating for mental health beyond the therapy room, recognizing that societal and systemic factors deeply impact individual well-being.
As a coach Laura Buckles combines her industry knowledge, work experience and hard-won lessons with her passion for helping actors uplevel their lives. Laura is a working actor and an award winning producer and writer.
As an actor she’s been a series regular on the web series Isolation Inn, and on shows like Bold and the Beautiful, How We Roll and Mad Men. Her films include Broken (now on Amazon and iTunes) which she also co-wrote and produced. Laura also hosts the Video and Podcast, “Says Who?” where she interviews working actors about their lives and careers to uncover the truth about life as a working actor. As a former Think Bigger client herself, when DaJuan invited her to become a part of the Think Bigger Coaching team she jumped right in.
Shannon is a seasoned mindset and audition coach based in Los Angeles and was a former Associate Casting Director who cast 50+ TV shows.
Her approach to building a successful career is a mix of learning the perfect energy / pacing formula for tapes to be sent to producers, as well as understanding your own mental landscape- using energy healing and mindset modalities to facilitate growth for an actor’s mind, body and spirit. Anna is a Japanese-Jewish writer, actor, and comedian. Anna was born in a toilet bowl in Tokyo (true story, ask my mom) and raised in Shizuoka, where she could see Mount Fuji from her cute little window.
Anna is the co-creator of the all-Asian parody pop group, AzN PoP!, where she writes and performs original songs. Credits include: UCB NY, UCB LA, sold out run at Joe’s Pub (Off-Broadway), SF Sketchfest, and many more.
As a TV writer, Anna is currently a writer on Disney’s Electric Bloom. As an actor, Anna was selected for the ABC/Disney Diversity Talent Showcase and NBC Diversity Showcase. TV credits include Guest Star and Recurring roles on: Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It (Netflix), New Amsterdam (NBC), High Maintenance (HBO), and many more. Rick is a dedicated leader and visionary, bringing a strategic and heartfelt approach to his role as President of FORMATION Talent Agency. A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Public Relations, Rick’s professional journey has been shaped by his upbringing in the arts and his unwavering commitment to helping aspiring creatives fulfill their dreams.
Rick takes immense pride in his Haitian heritage and holds a deep affection for Atlanta, a city that has provided invaluable opportunities to him and his family. He channels this gratitude into his work as a board member of the Atlanta Film Society and as the Selection Committee Chair for the Georgia Production Partnership, where he champions initiatives that solidify Atlanta as a leading hub for film and television.

Anne is an American actor based in Munich. After a 16-year break to raise her family, she found herself starting over at 47 with no contacts, no reel, and no real clue how the industry worked anymore. She needed a fast, practical way to rebuild her skills, her network, and her footing.
That search led her to create what she now calls The Curator Method. In her first year using it, she pulled in over $12,000 worth of free training and earned nearly $50,000 before she even started booking again. That was 14 years ago. Since then, she’s earned 48 IMDb credits, worked with studios like Netflix, A24, and Hallmark, and now helps actors from the USA to the UK and beyond build their own Side Door into the industry.
Kym was born in Bath, England, UK. Kym is an actor and producer, known for We Bury the Dead, S.W.A.T. and Wish Man. She is also author of The Hollywood Survival Guide for actors and a busy working actress with 60+ feature film and TV credits, including This Is Us, American Crime Story, NCIS, SWAT, and BET show, Rebel.
She is also founder of Secret Actor Society, which connects actors with casting professionals, industry experts, and incredible business coaches in weekly group career strategy sessions.
Brian is President of One on One / Next Level: the industry’s premier networking studio with campuses in Los Angeles & New York City along with programming in London, Atlanta, New Mexico, & Online.
Brian has been in the entertainment industry in numerous capacities for the past 17 years and is proud to have worked bi-coastally from the beginning. This attraction to thought-provoking stories and characters has also fueled his love of travel. Also an avid foodie, he has lists of the top restaurants around the world that he wishes to dine at and is often called upon to curate dining suggestions for people.

Jessica grew up mixed-race in a minority, working-class neighborhood in Minneapolis. Expression through storytelling has always been Jessica’s preferred form of communication, whether it was directing neighborhood shows on her front lawn as a kid or directing self-written main stage productions in college because it created a necessary conversation. As a filmmaker, Jessica loves to bring fresh voices to both her comedic and dramatic works that are as diverse and diversely talented as the global impact of narrative film and television themselves.
Jessica has staffed on numerous feature films and television shows such as “Star Trek – Into Darkness” “Alexander and the Terrible No Good Very Bad Day,” “American Horror Story,” “True Blood,” “Bosch,” and “Get Shorty” among others. She currently works with the Los Angeles Dodgers DodgerVision Team as the Game Day Producer for the in-stadium content. She was privileged to teach a course in Theatre Directing in Mexico City and has taught film courses at UCLA. She holds an MFA from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television and a BFA in Theater Directing from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.
While working as the Content Producer for Cuéntame, Jessica directed and produced the highly successful LGBT Latino Youth series An Honest Conversation, which aired as a feature-length documentary on Hulu. Her short film, Soleil, aired on KCET and was honored with the DGA Latino Film Jury Prize Award. She was the first recipient of the Bad Robot Diversity Fellowship, a program sponsored by J.J. Abram’s production company. She serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Creating Creators Foundation as well as a board member of BEN, the UCLA Bruin Entertainment Network, and is a member of the Director’s Guild of America. Finally, she and her dog Indi are both small and scrappy.
With over 25 years of experience, Monique Adams is a highly skilled Costume Designer. Her work is driven by a passion for bringing characters to life thru costumes. Amazon “Bosch” (S3-7)and Starz “Power Book IV: Force”(S2-3) are a few of her projects. Known for her collaborative spirit and ability to bring a fresh perspective to stories makes her an asset to all of her projects.
As an NAACP award winning actor and nominated writer and producer, Keena has seamlessly transitioned to being a film and television director. Using her diverse body of work as an actor on hit shows like Atlanta, SWAT, All American, Sistas, The Young & the Restless and so many more; she is able to communicate clearly with her actors and get performances that move the audience. She has already directed 9 episodes of television for AMC and WeTV and recently wrapped directing the film Single Black Female 3 for Lifetime. She is also the director for the award winning dark comedy, The Devil Ain’t Pius.
Pam Carbonero is a seasoned Latina director, producer, writer and 1st AD. She has 15+ short films, a 12 mini-episode series as EP/Director and a 1.5hr vertical series under her belt as a director. Her genre specialty is crafting cerebral, non-linear, psychological thrillers but loves working on all genres. When she’s not directing, she thrives as a full-time as a 1st AD working on features, short films, commercials, music videos and verticals.
Pam is the founder/owner of the LA Director’s Lab, a place and organization created out of the pure need for directors to have a place to simply practice their craft. She produces and hosts workshops while building a community of filmmakers and artists, recently having overseen and executive produced 5 horror short films over the span of 3.5 weeks with the LADL community of artists.
Beyond filmmaking, Pam is all about paying it forward and is a proud anti-gatekeeper. In her free time, Pam loves to salsa dance and was formerly a CrossFit coach for 12 years.
Michael is an Actor/Producer and owns his business Industry Artist Group.

She recently launched a podcast where she explores mental health, identity, and relationships through a creative and conversational lens. Outside of her work, Ranela is passionate about movement, wellness, and building a life that she gets excited to wake up to everyday.

Rachel is a four-time Emmy nominated writer/producer living in Los Angeles. She has a background in improv and sketch comedy, spending a number of years in both Chicago and LA studying, teaching, and performing at Second City, iO, The Annoyance Theater, and Groundlings. Rachel has written for shows on Disney (Bizaardvark, Raven’s Home), Apple TV+ (Helpsters, Yo Gabba GabbaLand), PBS (Odd Squad), HBO Max, Netflix, Nickelodeon, and Amazon.
She, along with her writing partner Alex Fox, has developed a variety of pilots with Disney, Nickelodeon, Lionsgate, and Sony Pictures Animation – including a DC/Warner Brothers multi-cam comedy with Bill Lawrence and Elizabeth Banks for HBO Max.
Currently, Rachel serves as one of the co-creators/executive producers/showrunners of ELECTRIC BLOOM, an original music-driven comedy series for Disney Channel/Disney+, with music by Diane Warren! Rachel is a proud graduate of the WGA Showrunner Training Program and schedules all her writing meetings around food.
Jody is an Emmy nominated television director who started her career working with comedy writers and has built a successful career in the sitcom world.
She has directed over 200 episodes of TV, including “The Conners”, “Shifting Gears”, “Lopez vs. Lopez”, “Night Court”, “Fuller House”, “Mr. Iglesias”, “Alexa & Katie”, “Family Reunion”, and more. She was nominated for directing the pilot and multiple episodes of Netflix’s “Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia”. One of the most sought-after directors in children’s television, Jody directed “Hannah Montana”, “Wizards Of Waverly Place”, “Liv and Maddie”, and many others for the Disney Channel & Nickelodeon.
Currently, she is the Executive Producer/Director of “Electric Bloom” now streaming on Disney+.
Angel Parker is a proud Los Angeles native and conservatory-trained actress known for her dynamic work across television, film, stage, and voiceover. She currently recurs on ABC’s The Rookie and The CW’s All American, and recently starred in Netflix’s The Recruit. Angel is widely recognized for roles in Marvel’s Runaways, Superman & Lois, The Strain, Trial & Error, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, and as bold and quick-witted Tasha Davenport on Disney XD’s Lab Rats.
Her film credits include You Are My Home opposite Alyssa Milano (Netflix), Prisoner’s Daughter with Kate Beckinsale and Brian Cox, and Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas on NBC.
A classically trained performer, Angel studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has worked with the British American Drama Academy, Antaeus Theatre Company, Independent Shakespeare Company, The Blank Theatre, and more. She is also an accomplished voiceover artist in animation, video games, and commercial work.
Angel is a current board member of the Tennessee Williams Festival St. Louis. She is represented by Innovative Artists, SBV Talent, and Joel Stevens Entertainment
Paul Diaz is a Texas based actor with recurring roles on Lioness as Homeland Security agent Alan Marshall and Landman as Christian.
His recent credits include In Her Likeness, The Chosen, and BET’s Never Alone for Christmas.
Joyce Hshieh is a line memorization coach for professional actors in film, TV, and theatre. She has a BFA in acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University. She is also a 3-day champion on the game show Jeopardy!
Combining her knowledge of acting with her knowledge of the science of memory and learning, she founded Off Book It, where through her courses and coaching, she teaches actors how to memorize lines fast and make them stick, even when the pressure is high and deadlines are tight, so they can feel confident, free, and at their creative best.
Patrick Cady, an award-winning and Emmy nominated Cinematographer, is quickly ascending as an exceptional Director. Most recently, he was one of two directors on CBS All Access’ hit new limited series INTERROGATION starring Peter Sarsgaard, David Strathairn and Vincent D’Onofrio where Patrick directed four of the ten episodes.
Additionally, his directing credits include multiple episodes of BOSCH at Amazon including directing half of the seventh and final season of the show, including the series finale. He has also directed episodes of BOSCH: LEGACY. His first television directing experience was the premiere episode of the final season of RECTIFY which garnered high praise across the board. Patrick got hooked working in film as the camera intern on John Sayles’ PASSION FISH and a mere eight years later he was singled out as one of Variety’s “Ten Cinematographers to Watch”, for his work with director Karyn Kusama and Executive Producer John Sayles on the Sundance winner GIRLFIGHT.
